Manual processing fee. If, within sixty (60) days after the date of this Agreement, Borrower does not commence delivering accounts receivable aging reports and customer master reports to Lender in an electronic format acceptable thereto, Borrower will thereafter pay Lender a manual-processing fee of $250 for each such report that is not so delivered to Lender.
Manual processing fee. The Fund shall pay an additional charge of $500.00 per month for portfolios that transmit trades in a non-electronic format. Additionally, if Ultimus is required to manually process the aggregation of the Fund’s underlying holdings for purposes of post-trade compliance testing, the Fund will be charged $500.00 per month (this would include up to 10 underlying portfolio look-throughs).
