MANUALS AND STANDARDS. 3.1 At all times during the Term, Franchisee must comply with all of the Standards and the Manuals and all applicable laws, regulations, rules, by- laws, orders and ordinances in its conduct of the Business. The Manuals are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

The Manuals are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. To the extent of any inconsistency between any provision of the Manuals and any provision of this Agreement, the provision of this Agreement will prevail.
