Manufactured Products. Iron and steel used in precast concrete manufactured products must meet the requirements of section C regardless of the amount used. Iron and steel used in other manufactured products must meet the requirements of section C if the weight of steel and iron components constitute 90 percent or more of the total weight of the manufactured product.
