Manufacturer’s Warranty. Any and all standard manufacturer's warranties shall accrue to the benefit of the Authority. The manufacturer's warranties referenced herein shall be in addition to the contractual remedies set forth in this Contract and in addition to any and all other statutory remedies or warranties imposed on the Contractor for the benefit of the Authority.
