Common use of Manufacturing and Quality Records Clause in Contracts

Manufacturing and Quality Records. Seller shall maintain complete and accurate manufacturing and quality records for Products in accordance with Legal Requirements, including as applicable master records, history records, master production and control records, batch production and control records, and laboratory records. Seller shall retain such records in accordance with Legal Requirements. Such records shall be made available to Hillrom upon request.
