Manufacturing Readiness. (i) During the validation phase and before M290 of Siemens’ product development process for each Product, UBI will provide a manufacturing validation and readiness report in a format acceptable to Siemens. (ii) Before commencing manufacturing of each Product, the parties shall conduct a joint manufacturing readiness review at UBI’s Product manufacturing facility. During such review, the parties shall review all documents and information necessary for UBI to deliver such Product conforming to its Specifications.
