Except as disclosed in the SEC Reports, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries has received from any regulatory agency any letter or other document asserting that the Company or any Subsidiary has violated any statute or regulation enforced by that agency with respect to the development, testing, manufacturing and distribution of their products.
