Mapping. The future of the company will depend on arrangements being made for employees to have the right competence at the right time to meet the industry's development needs. The individual company has a responsibility to map and analyse the companies' current and future competence needs. Implementation of this work should, as far as possible, take place in co-operation between the local parties. Mapping of the company's competence needs shall cover all employee groups and should be carried out regularly.
