Access and Disconnection 4.1 Distribution Licensee shall have access to metering equipment and disconnecting means of the Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic System, both automatic and manual, at all times.
Uses and Disclosures Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, Contractor may receive from the Exchange Protected Health Information and/or Personally Identifiable Information in connection with Contractor Exchange Functions that is protected under applicable Federal and State laws and regulations. If the parties cannot resolve the issue through the grievance procedure, the matter may be referred to an arbitrator under Article 31. In the event the arbitrator finds that a violation of this letter has occurred, he/she will be limited to referring the case to the following dispute resolution process.
Justice and Dignity The Parties agree that in certain situations, it may be in the best interest of both Employer and employees that employees be reassigned or removed from all job sites during an investigation of conduct. In cases where an employee cannot be reassigned, the employee shall be considered to be on a leave of absence without loss of pay until the Employer makes a decision relative to imposing discipline.
Complaints and Disputes 28.1. If the Client wishes to report a complaint, he must send an email to the Company with the completed “Complaints Form” found on the Website. The Company will try to resolve it without undue delay and according to the Company’s Complaints Procedure for Clients.
