MARINE DISASTER. An employee covered by this Agreement, while employed by the Company, who suffers loss of clothing or other personal effects because of a marine disaster or shipwreck shall be compensated by the Company, for such loss, up to a maximum of three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500.00). An employee or his estate making a claim under this Article shall submit reasonable proof to the Company of the actual value of the loss suffered.
