Common use of MARINE DISASTER Clause in Contracts

MARINE DISASTER. 41.1 Any employee who, while in the employ of the Company, suffers loss of clothing and/or personal effects actually incurred through marine disaster or shipwreck, shall be compensated by the payment of an amount up to $1,700 on production of a notarized affidavit detailing the items lost.

MARINE DISASTER. 41.1 Any employee An Employee who, while in the employ of employed by the Company, suffers loss of clothing and/or or other personal effects actually incurred through of any kind because of marine disaster disasters or shipwreck, shall be compensated by the payment of an amount Company for such a loss, up to a maximum of three thousand, five hundred dollars ($1,700 on production 3,500.00). An Employee or his estate making a claim under this section shall submit reasonable proof to the Company of a notarized affidavit detailing the items lostactual loss he has suffered.
