MARINE DISASTER. An employee covered by this agreement while employed by the Company, who suffers loss of clothing or personal effects because of a marine disaster shall be compensated by the Company, for such loss, up to a maximum of An employee or his estate making a claim under this article shall submit reasonable proof to the Company of the actual value of the loss suffered.
