Common use of Mark up or mark down Clause in Contracts

If any event occurs that requires a mark up or mark down of the records which an ICSD holds for its customers to reflect such customers' interest in the Notes, the Fiscal Agent or the Registrar will (to the extent known to it) promptly provide details of the amount of such mark up or mark down, together with a description of the event that requires it, to the ICSDs (through the Common Service Provider) to ensure (i) that the IOA of any NGN Temporary Global Notes or NGN Permanent Global Notes, as set out in the records of Euroclear and Clearstream, Luxembourg, or
