MODIFICATIONS TO PROVISIONS FOR MEETINGS OF NOTEHOLDERS. Subject to all other provisions contained in this Schedule, the Issue and Paying Agent and the Issuer may, without the consent of the Noteholders or the Couponholders, prescribe any other regulations regarding the calling and/or the holding of meetings of Noteholders and attendance and voting at them as the Issuer and Paying Agent may in its sole discretion think fit (including, without limitation, the substitution for physical Noteholder meetings of Noteholders’ meetings by audioconference and/or videoconference, and the substitution for periods of 24 hours and 48 hours referred to in this Schedule of shorter periods). Any regulations prescribed by the Issue and Paying Agent and the Issuer may but need not reflect the practices and facilities of any relevant clearing system. Notice of any other regulations may be given to Noteholders in accordance with Condition 13 and/or at the time of service of any notice convening a meeting.   • MEETINGS OF NOTEHOLDERS 14.1 The provisions of Schedule 5 shall apply to meetings of the Noteholders and shall have effect in the same manner as if set out in this Agreement.

  • Monthly Meetings The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall schedule monthly meetings to review pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such grievances and issues. The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall mutually agree on the participation of other Union and Employer representatives at these meetings on a case-by-case basis. Such meetings shall take place during regular working hours. Bargaining unit employees authorized to attend these meetings shall be considered to be on work time.

  • Staff Meetings Staff meetings, whether in the store or off the premises, shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly, except meal meetings at which the attendance is voluntary. Such meal meetings in excess of three (3) during each Contract year shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly.

  • Meetings of Committee The Committee shall meet up to six (6) times per year. Additional meetings may be scheduled upon agreement of the co-chairpersons. Its members shall receive a notice and agenda of the meeting at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting. Employees shall not suffer any loss of pay for time spent with this Committee. Meetings will be held within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request to meet.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. The Recipient shall: • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting. Determine the number and location of meetings (in-person and via teleconference) in consultation with the CAM. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Schedule that will be presented to the TAC members during recruiting. Revise the schedule after the first TAC meeting to incorporate meeting comments. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Agenda and TAC Meeting Back-up Materials for each TAC meeting. • Organize and lead TAC meetings in accordance with the TAC Meeting Schedule. Changes to the schedule must be pre-approved in writing by the CAM. • Prepare TAC Meeting Summaries that include any recommended resolutions of major TAC issues. The TAC shall: • Help set the project team's goals and contribute to the development and evaluation of its statement of proposed objectives as the project evolves. • Provide a credible and objective sounding board on the wide range of technical and financial barriers and opportunities. • Help identify key areas where the project has a competitive advantage, value proposition, or strength upon which to build. • Advocate on behalf of the project in its effort to build partnerships, governmental support and relationships with a national spectrum of influential leaders. • Ask probing questions that insure a long-term perspective on decision-making and progress toward the project’s strategic goals.
