Common use of Market Research Clause in Contracts

Market Research. The Servicer shall maintain research capability and shall provide commercial aviation market industry research reports to AerCo on a regular basis using internal and external resources where appropriate to keep AerCo adequately informed regarding developments in the commercial aviation industry. The reports shall include market information with respect to commercial aviation demand in terms of traffic growth, new Aircraft requirements and other information relevant to AerCo Group's long-term planning with respect to Leases, purchases and sales, market conditions, industry trends and the Aircraft Assets.
