Marketing and Administration. We agree to perform or to have performed on our behalf, certain marketing, enrollment, administrative, accounting and other functions we may deem necessary to the administration of the Benefit Plans and the performance of this Agreement. We agree to make best efforts to furnish identification cards to State Health Plan Members prior to the State Health Plan Member’s effective date and to educate State Health Plan Members on our Policies and Procedures through State Health Plan Member handbooks and toll-free telephone access to a State Health Plan Member services department.
