Marketing, Generally. (A) The Contractor, its employees, Network Providers, agents, or Subcontractors may not conduct direct or indirect Marketing of the Dental Plan. (B) The Contractor shall not Market to or otherwise attempt to influence the Department’s Health Plan Representatives or local Health Department staff to encourage Enrollees or Potential Enrollees to enroll in the Contractor’s Dental Plan.
