Marketing/Sale of Protected Health Information. Participant #2 shall not directly or indirectly receive remuneration in exchange for any Protected Health Information and shall not engage in marketing activities or the sale of Protected Health Information, as defined in the HIPAA Privacy & Security Rules, without the prior written consent of Participant #2 and individual written authorization, as required by law.
