Marketing the Property for Sale. Negotiating with a tenant to allow a property to be marketed for sale is the responsibility of the Owner and Listing Agent – not the property manager. Mishandling of these negotiations can cause very poor working relations with the tenant. Therefore, any dispute arising as a result of Owner/Listing Agent negotiations with regard to marketing and/or selling the property, shall be grounds, at the sole discretion of the property manager, for immediate termination of property management services (the exception to this paragraph is provided for in paragraph 16-i).
