Access to Property definition

Access to Property. The access language from the Linnton Water Credits LLC was included because of circumstances particular to that site. DEQ does not believe this language is generally appropriate or necessary for all PPAs in the Portland Harbor. DEQ has reviewed the access language in the draft PPA and added standard access provisions allowing DEQ to perform remedial actions at the property.
