MARKETPLACE PROVIDER CONTENT LICENSE. Marketplace Provider hereby grants to Verint a fully paid up, non- exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to reproduce, publicly display and use in connection with the Verint Marketplace (a) Provider Content, and (b) Marketplace Provider’s trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and symbols owned by Marketplace Provider or its licensors.
