Marking & Labeling. Unless otherwise provided in the Purchase Order, Seller shall show the EB Purchase Order Number and ship material to the delivery point specified in the Purchase Order. - All material supplied under this Purchase Order must be identified. - The packing list must include identification for each item, group of items, or subassembly contained in each package, box, or crate including loose or disassembled parts not identified as line items on this Purchase Order. - If the Seller’s identification number for an item is different from the number by which it was ordered, your packing list must cross-reference the numbers. - Seller shall clearly mark each shipping package, container, crates or boxes, container label, packing list, bills of lading, express receipts, all shipping documents as well as the invoice and other correspondence and instruments in connection with this Purchase Order with the Purchase Order number (P.O. #XXXXXX-XXX), the item number, the EB Part number, and the release number, if applicable. Also include the assigned National Stock Number, when applicable. - For container labels, Seller shall also provide the following additional information: Xxxxxxx's name and address; Consignee Name; Number of packages; Gross and net weight; and Number of pieces per carton. - When furnished with the shipment, Seller shall enclose all required documents and data in the first box of the shipment and mark, CERTIFICATES AND/OR TEST REPORTS ENCLOSED. - Government inspection forms, affidavits, etc. shall be mailed by Seller to Purchaser on the date of shipment or, in the case of services, on the date of completion. - Bills of lading, chemical and physical test reports if required, and other required documentation shall be mailed to Buyer by Seller not later than the day after shipment is made, or in the case of services, on the day after completion.

Marking & Labeling. 11.1 CONTRACTOR agrees to affix, upon each copy of each COMPUTER PROGRAM made from a REPRODUCIBLE MASTER delivered by NTI, the appropriate label, including the copyright notice, which copyright notice and/or label either appears on the REPRODUCIBLE MASTER of such COMPUTER PROGRAM supplied by NTI to CONTRACTOR or is provided to CONTRACTOR along with instructions regarding placement by CONTRACTOR on all copies of such COMPUTER PROGRAM made by CONTRACTOR for NTI. 11.2 In connection with its handling and reproduction of the COMPUTER PROGRAMS and/or WORKS OF AUTHORSHIP supplied to CONTRACTOR by NTI pursuant to this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall not alter or modify the copyright notice supplied by NTI for placement by CONTRACTOR on each copy of such COMPUTER PROGRAMS and/or WORKS OF AUTHORSHIP made by CONTRACTOR for NTI in accordance with the provisions of the U.S. Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. 101, et. seq., specifically 17 U.S.C. 401 through 406.

In case of Drugs items quoted /supplied by tenderer MUST CONFORM TO IP, BP, or USP norms and N.F.I. –III specification as noted against the item(s) in catalogue as applicable. k. The MRP and Trade Name will not be allowed to be printed in any pack. This will lead to cancellation of candidature straightaway. However, for excisable products, insertion of writing of Govt MRP is allowed as per provision laid down in the order of the Central Excise dept. However, for imported item(s), MRP and Trade name may be allowed in addition to Generic name.

  • Packaging and Labeling Seller shall properly xxxx, xxxx, and ship Goods and provide Buyer with shipment documentation showing the Order number, Seller’s identification number for the subject Goods, the quantity of goods in shipment and the number of cartons or containers in the shipment.

  • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • Marking of Licensed Products To the extent commercially feasible and consistent with prevailing business practices, Company shall xxxx, and shall cause its Affiliates and Sublicensees to xxxx, all Licensed Products that are manufactured or sold under this Agreement with the number of each issued patent under the Patent Rights that applies to such Licensed Product.

  • Product Warnings As of the Effective Date, all Products CORE sells and/or distributes for sale in California which do not qualify as Reformulated Products, will bear a clear and reasonable warning pursuant to this Section. CORE further agrees that the warning will be prominently placed with such conspicuousness when compared with other words, statements, designs or devices as to render it likely to be read and understood by an ordinary individual under customary conditions of use.   • API If the Software offers integration capabilities via an API, your use of the API may be subject to additional costs or Sage specific policies and terms and conditions (which shall prevail in relation to your use of the API). You may not access or use the API in any way that could cause damage to us or the Software, or in contravention of any applicable laws. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, to: (i) update any API from time to time; (ii) place limitations around your use of any API; and (iii) deny you access to any API in the event of misuse by you or to otherwise protect our legitimate interests.

  • Advertising and Promotional Materials The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor shall have the right to use drawings, photographs, videos or other depictions of the interior and/or exterior of the Dwelling and/or the Subdivision or any components or features thereof in any promotional or advertising materials without notice to or consent from the Purchaser being required in any manner whatsoever.
