Common use of Marking of Contractor Deliverables Clause in Contracts

Marking of Contractor Deliverables. a. Each Contractor Deliverable shall be marked in accordance with the requirements specified in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet), if no such requirement is specified, the Contractor shall mark each Contractor Deliverable clearly and indelibly in accordance with the requirements of the relevant DEF-XXXX 05-132 as specified in the contract or specification.
