Common use of Marks Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Marks Guidelines. Any consent to use Supplier Marks will be conditioned upon compliance with the most current guidelines for use of Supplier Marks provided by the owner of such Supplier Marks. Upon request by Partner, SherWeb shall provide or direct Partner to the use guidelines for the Supplier Marks. Any unauthorized modification to Supplier Marks is expressly prohibited.
