Common use of Masks Clause in Contracts

Masks. On the Liquidation Date, the Joint Venture Company shall immediately transfer possession of production masks possessed by it to Intel, unless Micron acquires the Joint Venture Company's assets pursuant to Section 14.3 of the LLC Operating Agreement.
