Mass Submitter Amendment Clause Samples
The Mass Submitter Amendment is a provision that allows a single entity, known as a mass submitter, to submit standardized plan documents or amendments on behalf of multiple adopting employers to regulatory authorities, such as the IRS. In practice, this clause streamlines the approval process for retirement or benefit plans by enabling the mass submitter to make changes or updates that automatically apply to all participating employers, rather than requiring each employer to submit individually. Its core function is to increase administrative efficiency and consistency, reducing the burden on both employers and regulators by centralizing the submission and amendment process.
