Massachusetts Business Trust. With respect to any Fund, which is a party to this Agreement and which is organized as a business trust under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the term Fund means and refers to the trustees serving under the applicable incorporation document. It is expressly agreed that the obligations of any such Fund under this Agreement will not be binding on any of the trustees, directors, Portfolio shareholders, nominees, officers, agents or employees of such Fund personally, but bind only the property of such Fund's Portfolios.
