Master Agreement and Purchase Order Issuance and Acceptance. From time to time during the term of this Agreement, Mercy Corps may desire to purchase goods from Supplier at the Specifications and Prices specified in this Agreement. Should Mercy Corps desire to purchase goods from Supplier, Mercy Corps’ Authorized Representative will issue Purchase Orders substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (each, a “Purchase Order” or “PO”). Час від часу протягом терміну дії цього Договору Мерсі Корпс може захотіти придбати товари у Постачальника за Специфікаціями та Цінами, зазначеними в цьому Договорі. Якщо Мерсі Корпс забажає придбати товари у Постачальника, Уповноважений Представник Мерсі Корпс видаватиме Замовлення на Закупівлю у формі, що додається до цього документу як Додаток A (кожне — «Замовлення на Закупівлю» або «ЗНЗ»). Постачальник повинен повідомити Мерсі Корпс протягом трьох робочих днів, якщо він відхиляє Замовлення на Закупівлю або вимагає внесення змін до Замовлення на Закупівлю.
