Common use of Master License Agreement Clause in Contracts

Master License Agreement. This Supplement is a Supplement as referenced in that certain Master License Agreement between the City/Village and , dated , 20 , (the “Agreement”). All of the terms and conditions of the Agreement are incorporated herein by reference and made a part hereof without the necessity of repeating or attaching the Agreement.
