Master Reconciliation Report. A master reconciliation report must be available on a daily and monthly basis, at a minimum. It provides a summary of all daily sources of funds and disposition of funds, including the following: a. Funds collected from cashiers, Player Terminals, and Kiosks; b. Funds carried forward from prior business day, including liability from prizes awarded, but not paid out, prize pool balances, and reserve funds, etc.; c.
