Common use of Master Schedule Updates Clause in Contracts

Master Schedule Updates. The Construction Manager shall, not less than monthly, adjust and update the Master Schedule and distribute copies to the City and the Project Designers. All adjustments to the Master Schedule must be (1) made for the benefit of the Project and (2) acceptable to the City; provided, however, that such adjustments or updates shall not extend the time for performance of the Work beyond the Substantial Completion date unless such extension is requested by the Construction Manager and approved by the City in accordance with Section 6 below.
