Common use of MASTER SERVICER'S CERTIFICATE Clause in Contracts

MASTER SERVICER'S CERTIFICATE. On each Determination Date, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Owner Trustee, the Trustee and the Initial Beneficial Holder, with a copy to the Rating Agencies, a Master Servicer's Certificate containing all information necessary to make the distributions pursuant to Sections 4.5 and 4.6 for the Due Period preceding the date of such Master Servicer's Certificate. Mortgage Loans to be purchased by the Master Servicer or to be repurchased by the Initial Beneficial Holder shall be identified by the Master Servicer by account number with respect to such Mortgage Loan (as specified in Exhibit A).
