Common use of MASTERMONEY DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS Clause in Contracts

MASTERMONEY DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. You may use Your Card in conjunction with Your PIN in any of Our network of ATMs and such other machines or facilities as We may designate, to deposit cash and checks to Your share and SmartCheck Checking Account(s). You may also use Your Card in conjunction with Your PIN in any of Our network of ATMs and such other machines or facilities as We may designate, not to exceed $600.00 per business day (share, share draft and line of credit combined), subject to the available funds in Your Account, to make the following transactions: (a) withdraw cash from Your share, SmartCheck Checking, and other Accounts that You have with Us; (b) transfer funds between Your share, SmartCheck Checking, and other Accounts that You have with Us; (c) make automatic payments; and (d) make balance inquiries on Your share and share draft Account(s) with Us. You may also use Your Card in conjunction with Your PIN to purchase goods and services (“POS”) at any business establishment where the Card is accepted, not to exceed $1,000.00 per business day (share, share draft and line of credit combined), subject to the available funds in Your Account. The sum of ATM and POS transactions may not at any time exceed $1,600.00 (share, share draft and line of credit combined).
