Common use of Match Requirement Clause in Contracts

Match Requirement. The Borrower shall ensure that the Loan is matched with a minimum of Three Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($368,750) in other, non-federal sources, pursuant to and eligible under applicable HOME Regulations.
