Material Changes in Protection or Rights. Licensor may make changes to the Operative Protection Agreements or the Form Adopter Agreement, or issue, execute or amend such other documents or sections of documents with respect to DTCP as are described in Section 3.7(a), only in accordance with the following provisions:
