Eligible Content Distributors Clause Samples

The 'Eligible Content Distributors' clause defines which parties are authorized to distribute the licensed content under the agreement. It typically outlines specific criteria or qualifications that a distributor must meet, such as holding certain licenses, adhering to content protection standards, or being approved by the content owner.
