Material Furnished by a Participant for Use in the Business. Any Material furnished by either Participant for use in the Business or distributed to either Participant by the Manager shall be priced on the following basis: (a) New Material: New Material furnished by either Participant shall be priced F.O.B. the nearest reputable supply store or railway receiving point, where like Material is available, at the current replacement cost of the same kind of Material, exclusive of any available cash discounts, at the time it is furnished (herein called "New Price").
