MATERIAL INSPECTION & TESTING. The deck covering materials shall be supplied by OEM under self certification, which is valid along with performance guarantee. The firm executing the contract for deck covering activity is to furnish test certificates listed in Appendix G of NCD 3717 Issue 4 Rev 1 Oct 2017. Specification in respect of materials, the technical parameters of which are listed in NCD specification. The tests have been categorised as Type tests and Routine tests which will be conducted at National Accreditation Bureau of Laboratories (NABL) accredited laboratory.
