MATERIAL SAFETY All manufacturers, importers, suppliers, or distributors of hazardous chemicals doing business in this State must provide a copy of the current Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for any hazardous chemical to their direct purchasers of that chemical.
Treaty of Waitangi 1. Provided that such measures are not used as a means of arbitrary or unjustified discrimination against persons of the other Parties or as a disguised restriction on trade in goods, trade in services and investment, nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the adoption by New Zealand of measures it deems necessary to accord more favourable treatment to Maori in respect of matters covered by this Agreement, including in fulfilment of its obligations under the Treaty of Waitangi.
Denial of Grievance Failure by the School Board or its representative to issue a decision within the time periods provided herein shall constitute a denial of the grievance and the employee may appeal it to the next level.

Industrial Accident and Illness Leave shall be granted for illness or injury incurred within the course and scope of an employee's assigned duties. The employee who has sustained a job-related injury shall report the injury on an Office approved accident form to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours. An employee shall report any illness, in writing, to the immediate supervisor within twenty-four (24) hours of knowledge that the illness is an alleged industrial illness.
