Common use of Material Relationship Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Material Relationship Disclosure. For the purposes of this Agreement, a material relationship shall mean any actually known personal, familial, or business relationship between the broker or the broker’s affiliated licensees and a client which would impair the ability of the broker or affiliated licensees to exercise fair and independent judgment relative to another client. Any such material relationship will be disclosed in Material Relationship Paragraph above.
