NASPO ValuePoint Summary and Detailed Usage Reports In addition to other reports that may be required by this solicitation, the Contractor shall provide the following NASPO ValuePoint reports.
Project Number The project number has been assigned by the Commission as the unique identifier for your project, and it cannot be changed. The project number should appear on each page of the grant agreement preparation documents to prevent errors during its handling.
Contract Number All purchase orders issued by purchasing entities within the jurisdiction of this Addendum shall include the Participating State Addendum Number: 46151504-NASPO-17-ACS. This Addendum and Master Agreement number RFP-NK-15-001 (administered by the State of Colorado) together with its exhibits, set forth the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of all previous communications, representations or agreements, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter hereof. Terms and conditions inconsistent with, contrary or in addition to the terms and conditions of this Addendum and the Contract, together with its exhibits, shall not be added to or incorporated into this Addendum or the Contract and its exhibits, by any subsequent purchase order or otherwise, and any such attempts to add or incorporate such terms and conditions are hereby rejected. The terms and conditions of this Addendum and the Contract and its exhibits shall prevail and govern in the case of any such inconsistent or additional terms within the Participating State.

Commercial Price List Reductions Where NYS Net Prices are based on a discount from Contractor’s list prices, price decreases shall take effect automatically during the Contract term and apply to Purchase Orders submitted on or after the date Contractor lowers its pricing to its customers generally or to similarly situated government customers during the Contract term; or
Effective Date; Notices (a) As between Assignor and Assignee, the effective date for this Assignment and Acceptance shall be , 200 (the “Effective Date”); provided, that, the following conditions precedent have been satisfied on or before the Effective Date: (i) this Assignment and Acceptance shall be executed and delivered by Assignor and Assignee; (ii) the consent of Agent as required for an effective assignment of the Assigned Commitment Amount by Assignor to Assignee shall have been duly obtained and shall be in full force and effect as of the Effective Date; (iii) written notice of such assignment, together with payment instructions, addresses and related information with respect to Assignee, shall have been given to Administrative Borrower and Agent; (iv) Assignee shall pay to Assignor all amounts due to Assignor under this Assignment and Acceptance; and (v) the processing fee referred to in Section 2(b) hereof shall have been paid to Agent. (b) Promptly following the execution of this Assignment and Acceptance, Assignor shall deliver to Administrative Borrower and Agent for acknowledgment by Agent, a Notice of Assignment in the form attached hereto as Schedule 1.
Agreement Xxx 0000 The Company shall not produce iron ore under this Agreement for transportation in any calendar year in excess of the approved production limit nor shall the total number of the mine workforce exceed the approved mine workforce without the prior consent in principle of the Minister and, subject to that consent, approval of detailed proposals in regard thereto in accordance with this Clause.
Price List A price list of routine services that are normal and customary must be attached to this agreement (i.e., pressure check, safety/leak seek test, regulator replacement, after hours/same day/non-routine delivery, and other).
Certification of Meeting or Exceeding Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy Minimum Standards A. Grantee certifies that it has adopted and enforces a Tobacco-Free Workplace Policy that meets or exceeds all of the following minimum standards of: i. Prohibiting the use of all forms of tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, water pipes (hookah), bidis, kreteks, electronic cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, snuff and chewing tobacco; ii. Designating the property to which this Policy applies as a "designated area,” which must at least comprise all buildings and structures where activities funded under this Grant Agreement are taking place, as well as Grantee owned, leased, or controlled sidewalks, parking lots, walkways, and attached parking structures immediately adjacent to this designated area; iii. Applying to all employees and visitors in this designated area; and iv. Providing for or referring its employees to tobacco use cessation services. B. If Grantee cannot meet these minimum standards, it must obtain a waiver from the System Agency.
DATA REQUESTS Upon the written request of the District, the State Auditor’s Office, the Appraisal District, or the Comptroller during the term of this Agreement, the Applicant, the District or any other entity on behalf of the District shall provide the requesting party with all information reasonably necessary for the requesting party to determine whether the Applicant is in compliance with its rights, obligations or responsibilities, including, but not limited to, any employment obligations which may arise under this Agreement.
