The Researcher and Host Institution will each ensure that, during the term of the research project, materials and apparatus purchased with research grant monies are used exclusively for the purposes of the research project, provided that such materials and apparatus may be used for other purposes where the impact of such use on the progress and quality of the research project is immaterial.
