Materials Certifications. GSK shall prepare or cause to be prepared by its suppliers, as the case may be, all certifications as to any Materials and API raw materials and intermediates (identified on Schedule 4.6(c)) required by cGMPs or Applicable Laws (each, a "Materials Certification"). Such Materials Certifications shall include, without limitation, any and all required certifications related to Materials derived from animal products.
Materials Certifications. Chemport shall prepare or cause to be prepared by its Third Party Suppliers all certifications as to any Third Party Materials required by cGMPs or Legal Requirements.

Certifications in accordance with Section 2601 of the Standard Specifications shall be furnished by the Contractor on all materials used in the work and for which specification requirements are given. This shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, aggregates, Portland Cement, reinforcing steel, structural steel, paint, and concrete curing materials.
