Materials furnished by the Authority. Materials made available to the Consultant by the Authority shall be the property of the Authority and shall be marked accordingly. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, the Consultant shall furnish forthwith to the Authority, an inventory of such materials and shall dispose of such materials in accordance with the instructions of the Authority.
