INFORMATION AND SERVICES TO BE FURNISHED BY THE LPA. The LPA shall furnish the CONSULTANT with the following: • Provide existing available plans and information for the project areaUtility relocation plans and coordination, if necessary • Prepare markups and consultation on easements descriptions and acquisition, as necessary • Coordination and presentation for the public information meetings • Project letting and advertising • Provide observation and consultation services as requested by City during construction and acceptanceNew construction As-built data. No work under this Contract shall be performed by the CONSULTANT until the CONSULTANT receives a written notice to proceed from the LPA. All work by the CONSULTANT under this Contract shall be completed and delivered to the LPA for review and approval within the approximate time periods shown in the following submission schedule: Survey Survey 10/30/18 11/30/18 Preliminary Engineering Stage 1 (30%) 12/1/18 2/1/19 Preliminary Engineering Preliminary Field Check 2/15/19 Preliminary Engineering Stage 3 (90%) 4/15/19 Preliminary Engineering Letting 6/21/19 Rates for hourly services: Professional Engineer $100.00/hr. Design Technician $ 60.00/hr. Clerical $ 30.00/hr. Professional Land Surveyor $110.00/hr. Two-man survey crew $190.00/hr. Survey technician/research/cad $ 75.00/hr.
