Common use of Materials Recovery Facility Clause in Contracts

Materials Recovery Facility. CONTRACTOR shall transport and 26 deliver all Recyclable Materials collected as a result of performing SFD Recycling Services 27 to the Materials Recovery Facility. In the event the Materials Recovery Facility is unable to 28 accept delivery of the Recyclable Materials, CONTRACTOR shall deliver the Recyclable 29 Materials to such other appropriate facility as is approved in advance by the City 30 Representative. CONTRACTOR’s failure to comply with this provision shall result in the 31 levy of an administrative charge as specified in Article 17 of this Agreement and may result 32 in CONTRACTOR being in default under this Agreement.
