Common use of Materials/Storage Clause in Contracts

Materials/Storage. a. A minimum of one (1) lockable storage cabinet on wheels shall be provided to all teachers working in the MTYRSs. b. Teachers shall receive assistance in moving the storage cabinet. c. The storage cabinet shall be in the teacher's assigned room by 8:00 a.m. of the day prior to the first day of each track opening. The storage cabinet shall not be removed before 4:00 p.m. of the last day of the teacher's track. d. Textbooks and instructional materials shall be available on the first day of the new school year. If books and materials are not available, the teacher shall be notified.
