Common use of MATTERS CONTRARY TO AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

MATTERS CONTRARY TO AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations, or practices of the Board which shall be contrary to, or inconsistent with, its terms. It shall likewise supersede any contrary or inconsistent terms contained in any individual employee contracts heretofore in effect. Individual employee contracts shall be made expressly subject to the terms of the Agreement covering the year of the contract. The provisions of this Agreement shall be incorporated into, and be considered part of, the established policies of the Board.
