Matters Not Subject to EHO Procedure. ‌ Requested remedies to create, add to, or change this written Agreement or addenda supplementary hereto shall not be grievable nor submitted to an EHO and no proposal to modify, amend, or terminate a negotiated agreement, nor any matter or subject arising out of or in connection with such proposal, may be referred to this process. Likewise, no grievance arising out of the exercise of County Rights shall be submitted to this procedure.
