Common use of Maximum Account Balance Clause in Contracts

Maximum Account Balance. I understand that the amount of any contribution to an Account that would cause the market value of such Account and all other Accounts in the Plan for the same Beneficiary to exceed the maximum account balance will be rejected and returned to me. I understand that the State may change the maximum account balance at any time without notice.

Maximum Account Balance. I understand that the amount of any contribution to an Account that would cause the market value of such Account and all other Accounts accounts in the Plan Trust (including accounts in the Advisor Plan) for the same Beneficiary to exceed the maximum account balance will be rejected and returned to me. I understand that the State Trustee may change the maximum account balance at any time without notice.

I understand that the amount of any contribution to an Account that would cause the market value of such Account and all other Accounts in the Plan for the same Beneficiary to exceed the current maximum account balance balance, will be rejected and returned to me. I understand that the State Trustee may change the current maximum account balance at any time without notice.
